What is verified SEO proof?+

Verified SEO proof is a public performance record built from metrics retrieved through an official platform API. A TrustMySEO proof page identifies the source, date range and last synchronization time so a prospect can inspect where the numbers came from.

Can an SEO screenshot be faked?+

Yes. Image-editing tools and browser developer tools can alter a screenshot, and even a genuine screenshot can hide its date range or become stale. TrustMySEO replaces the image with a live page whose displayed metrics were retrieved by the platform from an official API.

Does verification prove who did the SEO work?+

No. API verification proves that the displayed performance data came from the connected property. It does not independently prove who performed each task, which tactics caused the result, or how much revenue SEO produced. Those claims still require client context and supporting evidence.

What Google access does TrustMySEO request?+

Google sign-in requests basic identity information plus read-only Search Console and Google Analytics permissions. Read-only scopes let TrustMySEO retrieve performance metrics; they do not allow it to edit a website, Search Console settings, Analytics settings, Gmail or Drive.

Does connecting Search Console make client data public?+

No. Newly connected properties are private, and published proof is anonymous by default. The client domain and freelancer attribution stay hidden unless the account holder deliberately reveals them. A page can be hidden again, and Google API access can be revoked from the connected Google Account.

How much does TrustMySEO cost?+
