1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrustMySEO (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrustMySEO is an SEO verification platform that allows users to connect their Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts to generate public proof pages displaying verified search performance data. The Service pulls data directly from official APIs and displays it in a shareable format.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Data Accuracy

The data displayed on proof pages is fetched directly from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools APIs. While we strive to keep data accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data. Proof pages include a “last synced” timestamp to indicate data freshness.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent proof page data
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TrustMySEO. You retain ownership of your data (Search Console metrics, profile information). By using the Service, you grant us a license to display your data on proof pages and profile pages as you configure them.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost business opportunities or reputational harm from proof page content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, and we will remove your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
